Brand story
As a longtime Outer Banks resident who now lives in other parts of the country and still visits often, I've found that the Outer Banks is infectious and sticks in your soul. Even when I'm away from the beach, it always stays in my mind. That's why I wanted to make products available to visitors and locals alike to enjoy their passion for the Outer Banks all year long.
Every design starts with a real place: the moved lighthouse at Buxton, the sea oats on the Nags Head dunes, the flat morning water on the sound side before the wind comes up. Nothing generic, nothing that could just as easily say "beach life."

For the ones who visit
One week a year in Avon or Duck is never enough. A mug on your desk in February is a small way of counting down to the next drive over the Wright Memorial Bridge.
For the ones who stayed
Locals from Corolla to Ocracoke already know what the off-season feels like. These designs are meant to look right on a porch in Hatteras, not just in a gift shop.
For the ones who moved away
That's me. This shop exists because the Outer Banks did not let go, and I stopped expecting it to.
